Support Carers Week at Sainsbury’s Surbiton

•Carers Week takes place between 10th to 16th June
•Sainsbury’s is one of the main sponsors and has over 20,000 colleagues with caring responsibilities across the UK
•Store helping to raise profile of Carers Week by holding information stand in the customer service and in the colleagues’ canteen.

People who live and work in Surbiton and Tolworth have been getting involved in the decisions that affect them.

These have been captured in the form of a Surbiton Neighbourhood Community Plan which will assist those who provide public services to focus on the issues which matter most to the community.

Sainsbury’s this week announces Paul Stansfield as the new store manager of Surbiton. Paul Stansfield brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge to add to the Sainsbury’s Surbiton team and local community.

Paul have been with Sainsbury’s since September 2010 working in various size stores on Region 26, prior to that he was in the British Army as a paramedic for 24 years.

Maple Road Surbiton Farmers' Market has been voted Farmers’ Market of the Year 2013.

Sainsbury’s Surbiton have raised £673 during their first six months of their partnership with Princess Alice Hospice.
