Can you swim and then run? if yes then this is the perfect event for you.

Entries are already coming for the first ever Nuffield Health Aquathlon which will be held at 7am on the 12th July at the Health Club on the Portsmouth road, Surbiton.

John Lunt, who organised the London 2012 Olympic Triathlon (& many other multisport events) is bringing this new exciting challenge.

This event is ideal for beginners who have never done a multisport event before. There are 2 distances involved:
400m pool Swim followed immediately by 3k road Run

I would be grateful for any advice about whether to join Nuffield Health Gym in Surbiton. Is it good value for money?

Hi all, what's the best gym in Surbiton in your opinion? Does anyone train regularly?

Any opinions would be appreciated, and if you could let me know what you're paying per visit/week/month/year it would be useful. Always good to have something to beat the sales reps down with ;)

Hi Fellow Surbitonions!

I take my girls to the gymboree at Nuffield and everytime I walk through I think about membership to the gym.

My husband and I would both like to join and also use the pool and crèche with our girls. So what I would like to ask is -

1) what is the price for a current joint membership and family membership? What does a family membership involve? Is it worth it?

2) how much do the crèche charge?

3) can you use pool with your children if you only have a joint membership abd pay an extra fee for the children?
