Help looking for an office

Anyone any ideas where we could find someone to share an office with. We are an ethical PR agency looking to share an office with another company in the Kingston area. Any tips where to look for notices or people to share with?

The Beast of Surbiton. Can you help? Have you heard it?

We live in the vicinity of Manor Drive, Surbiton. On multiple occasions this Year, we have heard a very strange noise. It has happened in the evening, between 10pm and 3am, lasts for several minutes and can only be described as deeply disturbing. The noise does not sound human, it sounds like a large animal, wandering the streets, howling in pain moving from North to South along Manor Drive. This sound is not a Fox or any other UK domestic or wild animal. Its hard to believe that this sound could be created by a Human, it is so erratic and incoherent and, to be honest, scary.

Oyster and Travel to Kingston

Does anyone know what's going on with the barriers are Surbiton station? Everyday it's a different set up, one minute they are there, the next the aren't?? Really hoping it's for Oyster pas as you go!

Also I have a monthly season ticket between Wimbledon & Surbiton. The other week I went to Kingston on the train from Wimbledon and my season ticket let me through the barrier. Anyone know why? Is the legitimate? Been trying to fathom it out by looking at the National Routeing Guide (sad I know) but if this is permitted it will save me loads of money!

Beards

Has anyone else noticed more young ment walking round Surbiton with beards recently? Is it a fashion trend? Or are young men simply saving on heating bills (credit crunch) by insulating their faces

It's all gone horribly quiet out there

No comments for over a week? What about the new plans to rid the station forecourt of taxis and create a town square? There must be a few irate cabbies out there with some views. Or the plan to create a ski run down St Marks Hill? How about another new opticians opening up in the town centre, or the upcoming Farmers Market on Maple Road? Perhaps we need the green crusties to return to Raven's Ait to get people going?

I am looking for someone to come in and do a few exterior jobs - laying a patio, gates/fencing, rendering of walls etc.

Does anyone know anyone in the local area?

Gordon Ramsay in Surbiton

Rumours abound that Gordon Ramsay has been filming an episode of Kitchen Nightmares at the French Table on Maple Road.
Seems strange as the food there always seems to be top notch and you normally have to book a table in advance.

This way in Surbiton

What!? Surbiton is upon Thames too you know
life is not a bad crack there
strolling along Queens Promenade
with October's nip in the air.
The children are in the alley
girls skipping hot potatoes
while the boys hit sixes at cricket
trying hard not to break any windows.
Now the Star of Surbiton is a climber
tenaciously she clings to her host
not quite pure white her petals
her anthers each one, a lavender ghost
all crowned upon by a soft pink corolla
a passion flower like no other
she is the true queen of suburbia.
A Tolworth lassie is crying
she has learned that nettles sting
