As the petite, middle-aged teacher shouts desperately for the 20th time for the out-of-control class to be quiet, a faint, childish boy's voice can be heard, calling out above the deafening din: "Suck me off, miss".
The appalling scene of classroom disorder and disrespect is just one of many captured on film for a channel Five documentary, to be screened this week.

The documentary shows children aged from 12 to 15 completely ignoring her and other staff while they shout, scream, fight, swear and wander around the classroom at will.

In one scene a full-scale fight breaks out and a 6ft tall boy is seen wielding a rubber truncheon, as the terrified teacher calls for help. In another, pupils throw books, pens and balls of paper across the room for a full 15 minutes as the teacher protests, before they declare that they "don't give a poo". In yet more disturbing scenes, a boy in a computer class is filmed accessing hard-core porn sites and then protesting his innocence, saying "I just typed in '[filtered word]', miss".

The increase in crime everywhere.

I was born in Kingston and grew up in Surbiton when England was England, and to the vast percentage of the population it was their natural ancestoral country of birth. Crime was low and the law was to be feared and was enforced to the fullest extent. Children were disciplined at home and in schools using the old methods and were taught respect. People were able to write, spell, and speak proper English. It was a time when the people had never had it so good.

So how can we get back to that state of blissfull harmony and what political party will enable us to do so as quickly as possible?

Travellers arrive in Surbiton.

Over the weekend a traveller encampment was moved off a Council site and ended up on NHS land in Upper Brighton Road in Surbiton.

They have already stuck up notices that under such and such act they were now the legal occupiers of the land and would take legal action against those who entered.!!!

The land is owned by South West London and St Georges NHS Trust who have been made aware of the problem.

The authorities need to remove this lot by any means necessary.

Local residents should make their views known and pressure the land owners to take legal action.

Why NOT to vote Lib Dem…

Keeping yobs off the streets is a BAD idea, according to Lib Dem MP Annette Brooke, because curfew orders "infringe on human rights".

Yobs wouldn't dream of reoffending, claimed Lib Dem Home Affairs spokesman Mark Oaten, if they were "looking forward to car mechanic sessions and go-karting".

Lib Dems want to go soft on one of the biggest causes of crime - DRUGS. Home Affairs spokesman Mark Oaten said: "I agree with legalising some hard drugs."

Lib Dem MP Jenny Tonge called for hard drugs to be legalised: "It may be better to sell substances like cocaine from licensed premises."

"Soft on crime, soft on drugs, soft in the head":

Dr Wolfson found guilty by General Medical Council

The Surbiton doctor who feared being struck off, has been cautioned after being found guilty of serious medical misconduct by the GMC.

After two years waiting for the hearing, Doctor Martin Wolfson who practices at the Claremont Medical Centre has finally put to rest his fears of being stuck off the medical register.

In 2003 the doctor hit a child while examining her at a clinic in Walton. The doctor admitted hitting her, but said he acted on impulse after the three-year-old child had kicked him in the groin.

The parents of Lahna Fahmi are said to be continuing with their plan to sue, claiming the child was traumatised and suffered a fever due to the doctors action.
