Any more news about TGP? Is RBK still going ahead despite the wide opposition from the residents? I'm aware of the e-petition set up by the Conservatives (against this project) which signatures count has reached 160 to date.
Are they still going ahead?

Im Irish and live in surbiton. I am thinking about putting together a Traditional Irish music Jam, in a pub in Surbiton. I was musical in my younger years, but only played piano. I would love to start something up, and possibly pick up an instrument too! ( will need some direction there ) I am 36 and have just had my first baby, so think im feeling a bit of a longing for The Home Land! Anyway, just thought i would put it out there. Anyone interested?

Quick word of advice - if you recently received a letter from RBK informing you not to park on one side of your road on a given date in order that their crew can undertake "essential road maintenance" I would advise that you avoid parking on either side of the street. Seems that definition of odd and even numbers used by RBK is different to the definition used by the contractor.

Wondering if anyone can help me on this one. I'm in the process of buying a house on Cotterill Road and the hogsmill river improvement scheme has come up as a query on the title deeds.
Solicitors don't seem to be able to get any response out of the council on what the implications of that are for the home owners. Anyone living on Cotterill Rd or Ellerton road backing onto the stream know anything about what the improvement scheme or maintenance rights might be? Has this caused any problems?
